Short version: The game suffers heavily from Gabriel Knight 3 syndrome, and introduces some rather unwelcome retcons to the overarching story of the series (which ToMI thankfully ignored). I wouldn't object to this game being added for just completeness sake if Disney ever gets around to releasing LucasArt's library, but I would say that if any of those games should have "lowest priority", it is this one.

Escape from Monkey Island is the fourth game in the Monkey Island series and the first to use 3D graphics. The puzzles are mostly well designed with maybe a couple of illogical ones. The gameplay relies mainly on inventory-based puzzles and branching dialogues, just like in the previous installments. Escape from Monkey Island actually plays very solidly with a gamepad, plus the story and dialogue are well written and filled with good satire. Escape From Monkey Island is a direct sequel to The Curse of Monkey island, and is the fourth game in the Monkey Island series. Insta-purchase A highly underrated game that gets too much flack for its keyboard + mouse controls and one crappy mini game.
